I checked in online and chose my room already and the app sent a message to just go and pick up the key at the front. She asked for my id and everything which is totally fine, but confused as to what the purpose of checking in is I asked \”do you still need everything even if I checked in online\”
She responded \”of course. We need an id to give you a key.\” In a condescending tone. The whole time I felt like I was bothering her or something.
